Product Description
A linear motor is a transmission that converts electrical
energy directly into linear motion mechanical energy
without the need for any intermediate switching
mechanism. In the motor, the magnet as a part of the
magnetic circuit, the controller supply variable frequency
power supply to the coil, resulting in magnetic field drive
motor operation. NdFeB magnets which are often used for permanent magnet linear motor manufacturing and servo control. The linear motor consists of stator and rotor, the stator includes magnet steel, linear guide, base, magnet is divided into two rows arranged in parallel, parallel arrangement of adjacent magnets dislocated one cogging width. Rotor including core, coil winding and the alveolar, the slide table, the stator and the base are integrated and there is an air gap between the rotor supported by the linear guide so that the rotor can move along the linear guide.
Linear motor is a kind of motor. The principle is different from
traditional electric motor. The linear motor directly converts the
input power into linear momentum. In the place where linear
motion is needed, the linear motor can realize direct transmission,
which can eliminate the middle links to bring a variety of
positioning errors, so the positioning accuracy is high. The magnet
on the bottom plate of the linear motor is permanent NdFeB magnet,
the magnet is arranged in the order of N-S-N pole polarity, the
number of magnet is positive even. The NdFeB permanent magnet
is used as a magnet to arrange the magnetic field on the bottom
plate, so that the structure of the rotor is very simple, the volume
is reduced and the cost is reduced.
General motor adopts sintered NdFeB magnets which magnetic properties is extremely high, can absorb the equivalent of 640 times the weight of their own weight.
Most of motors are using NdFeB magnets with segments, linear motor are using NdFeB magnets with segments and blocks.
Application
Linear motors are mainly used in three aspects. One is used in automatic control systems. Second, as a driving motor. The third is required in a short time, short distance to provide a huge linear motion can be in the device. For example, high-speed maglev train, transmission system, electrical hammer, electromagnetic stirrer and so on. EMT provides magnet performance is stable, consistent flux, and can make the linear motor stable and efficient operation.
