Bonded NdFeB is a new composite permanent magnetic materials and devices
made of high-molecular polymer (thermosetting epoxy resin, thermoplastic
engineering plastics,etc.) as a binder by using quick-quenched nanocrystalline
NdFeB magnetic powder.Mainly applied in IT and office automation, home
appliances, automotive and other fields of permanent magnet motors and
sensors.
Bonded NdFeB main molding methods are: Bonded compression and Bonded
injection molding.
Bonded Compression magnet
• Magnetic powder selection is mainly based on customer requirements (per magnetic property, working temperature, patent etc)
• Different specifications must be made with the corresponding molds
• Surface coating can be selected according to customer requirements (electrophoresis, spraying, impregnation, etc.)
• Different magnetization requirements shall be made different magnetized jig
Bonded Injection magnet
Bonded Injection NdFeB magnet,a kind of new-generation composite material made from permanent magnetic powder and plastic,Injection molding mold production complex, the highest performance in the 6-7MGOe magnet, consistency is good, with PPS or PA12 as a binder, the product is suitable for plastic processing or metal inserts, for electronic expansion valve, air conditioning with the motor etc.
Bonded Compression NdFeB Magnet
• Irreversible flux loss
The reducing proportion of magnetic flux of Magnetized magnet after the high temperature ,then back to room temperature .For example, the magnet has a magnetic flux of 20 degree C at room temperature is 105 mWb, then the temperature heating up to 100degree C and remain 1 hour,finally cooling back to room temperature 20degree C ,the magnetic flux reduced to 102 mWb at room temperature of 20 degrees.
Irreversible flux loss = (105-102) /105=2.9%
•Operating temperature
Magnet continuously working at high temperature for 1000 hours, irreversible flux loss of less than 5% of the maximum temperature
• Magnetizing method
Such magnets could be magnetized magnetized multipoles on ID,magnetized multipoles on OD,Diameterial magnetized, Oblique multi-pole magnetized,Radial magnetized, etc.see below diagram.
