    CNC Machining

    Hardware Parts Processing Profile

    Hardware processing can also be called metal processing. According to the processing technology it can be divided into cold processing and thermal processing. 

    Cold processing technology is machining, milling, grinding, stamping/punching, plating, Processing equipments are automatic lathe processing, CNC machining, CNC lathe processing, five-axis lathe processing.

    1. Machining.  It mainly uses turning tools to process the rotating workpieces .

     

    2. Milling.  The milling cutter rotates as the main movement,

    the workpiece is shifted with the workbench, and the milling

    cutter is formed by the milling cutter. 

     

    3. Grinding.  The grinding process mainly uses the grinder/

    abrasive wheel to grind the surface of the workpieces.

     

    4. Punching/Stamping.  The punching process is a method

    of forming a workpiece of a desired shape and size by

    applying an external force to the plate, the strip, the pipe and

    structural section by means of a press and a die to produce

    a plastic deformation or separation.

     

    5. Plating.  A surface-machined method of depositing a

    pre-metallized cation in a plating solution on the surface of the base metal to form a coating,to protect the surface.

     

    Thermal processing mainly are casting, hot rolling, forging, welding, metal heat treatment, etc. This kind of processing is required our outsourcing factories to process.

     

    CNC machining

    Metal machining ways commonly are with automatic lathe processing,CNC machining,five-axis lathe processing.

    CNC machining is a part of mechanical processing. CNC machining is the turning tools to process the rotating workpieces.
