Product Description
Plastic molding& processing technology is the general term for the process of converting synthetic resin or plastic into plastic products. Plastic processing generally includes plastic ingredients, molding, machining and other steps. Our magnetic components factory is with kinds of models of injection molding machines 5 sets. Our factory provide magnetic assemblies services, mainly on OEM products customer drawings or customers samples.
Quality Control
Our factory has a coordinate measuring instrument, dynamic balancing machine, hardness machine, etc. In order to control product quality, we continue to invest in the latest measurement equipment. In addition, we have ISO 9001 and TS 16949 certification quality standards, which will ensure that you receive high quality product parts.
Processing Steps
1. Plastic Ingredients: Raw materials used in the processing of plastics, in addition to the polymer, generally also add a variety of plastic additives (such as stabilizers, plasticizers, colorants, lubricants, enhancers and fillers, etc.) to improve molding process and the use of products or reduce the cost of products. Additives and polymers are mixed and evenly dispersed into powder, also known as dry mixed powder. Sometimes the powder is also made into plastic particle by plasticating. This powder and particle called as mixed batch or molding compounds.
2. Plastic molding: the important part in plastic processing. This stage is the form of plastic (powder, particles, solutions or dispersions) made of the desired shape of the products or blank. There are more than thirty kinds of plastic molding methods.
The methods to do plastic molding depends on the type of plastic types(thermoplastic or thermosetting), the initial form and the shape or size of the product. Processing thermoplastics commonly used methods are extrusion, injection molding, rolling, blow molding and thermoforming.Processing thermosetting plastics generally use molding, transfer molding, but also with injection molding. Lamination, molding and thermoforming are shaping the plastic on a flat surface.
3. Mechanical processing: Compared with the performance of metal and wood, plastic thermal conductivity is poor, thermal expansion coefficient and elastic modulus is low, when the fixture or tool pressure is too large, plastic is easy to deform. Plastic is also easy to melt when heated, and easy to adhere to the tool. When the plastic for mechanical processing, the use of the tool and the corresponding cutting speed have to adapt to the characteristics of plastic. The common used mechanical processing methods are sawing, shearing, punching, car, planing, drilling, grinding, polishing, thread processing and so on. In addition, plastic can also be used laser cutting, drilling and welding and other processing methods.
