Working Principle

It is use of Faraday's electromagnetic induction principle to manufacture. The internal use is Sintered NdFeB magnet which has strong magnet power in the magnetic circuit ,through the handle flip to change the magnetic field lines so that the lifting magnet is to be on ON or OFF status. When the self suction lifting magnet is on working condition, the bottom of the lifting surface to be the public pole, the work pieces will be firmly holding the ferromagnetic material, the bottom there are V-shaped groove, So it is not only suck plate lifting block, but also suck&hanging cylindrical work pieces.

Application

Widely used in the formation of mechanical parts and steel lifting etc industries, Such as machinery and equipment manufacturing plants, processing centers, shipyards ,steel plants, warehouses, workshops, freight yard and transportation and other areas etc.

Application

Magnetic filter are mainly used in food processing(Chocolate, Molases, Jam, Syrup, Juice, Sauce etc), fine chemical field, industrial area(lubricants, coolants, hydraulic oils, slurries in engineering) ,removing micron sized ferrous and para-magnetic contamination from various types of liquids, so as to achieve the improvement of material purity, to ensure material safety, enhance product quality.

Precautions

● Before using the permanent lifting magnet, the lifting of the object to be cleaned, remove the rust and 

   convex and other debris, and then follow the instructions in the operation of the handle flip, and check the 

   handle safety device is automatically locked, and then lifting.

● When the permanent lifting work, the lifting weight is strictly prohibited overload, and prohibit personnel 

   under the lifting of the work pieces. Hanging parts temperature and ambient temperature is not higher than 

   60 degrees. No severe vibration and shock, violent impact may cause the lifting magnetic force decline.

● When it lifting the cylindrical work pieces, it should be maintained B-shaped groove and the work pieces 

   angle for the two straight contact, then the lifting force only 30% -50% of the rated lifting strength.

● After the operation is completed, remove the safety locking device by operating the handle, so that the lifting

   device is in the closed status, to make the lifting device and the hanging parts away.
