                                                                                     device that can convert various magnetic fields and their 

                                                                                     varying amounts into electrical signal outputs.The 

                                                                                     magnetic field produced by the permanent magnets           

                                                                                     provided manually can be used as a carrier for many

                                                                                     kinds of information. Therefore, the task of detecting, collecting, storing, converting, reproducing and monitoring various kinds of information carried in various magnetic fields and magnetic fields naturally falls on the magnetic field sensor. With the development of science and technology, the modern magnetic sensor has been developed to the solid, it is the use of magnetic field to make the electrical properties of the material changes in a variety of physical effects made, so that the magnetic field strength into electrical signals.

    Usually, Clients choose the magnet in high temperature of 150-250 degrees such as NdFeB, SmCo, AlNiCo etc materials with the Disc,Ring magnets, most of magnets are in multi-pole magnetization, diametrical magnetization, or axial magnetization. The magnets used in magnetic sensor should be with uniform density,with consistent magnetic field. In general, NdFeB is the preferred material due to its own characteristics, for examples with strong magnet strength,   good temperature coefficient.But in case of low requirements that is not necessary for NdFeb ,Ferrite magnet is good choice because of cheap costs.

     

    Hall magnetic sensor

    1. Magnet axis proximity.

    In the axial direction of the magnet perpendicular to the sensor 

    axis coincidence conditions, with the magnet and the sensor 

    spacing distance increases, the role of the sensor surface in the 

    magnetic induction intensity attenuation soon. When the magnet 

    reaches the sensor close to a certain position, the sensor switch 

    is turned on and the magnet is moved to a certain distance when 

    the switch is off. When applied, if the magnet has been selected, 

    the appropriate distance should be adjusted according to the 

    specific application.

     

    2. Magnet lateral slip. This approach requires that the distance

    between the plane of the magnet and the plane of the sensor is constant and that the axis of the magnet is perpendicular to the plane of the sensor. The magnet passes through the reverse direction of the movement in front of the sensor.

     

    3. Using magnetic concentrator to increase the magnetic induction of the sensor.

    In the Hall switch integrated sensor applications, improve the excitation sensor magnetic induction intensity as an important issue to consider. Besides to use of large magnetic induction magnets or reduce the distance between the magnet and the sensor, you can also use the magnetic concentration of the sensor to enhance the magnetic induction. Magnetic concentrators are generally made of low carbon steel into a round bar, can also be made into other shapes, and then the magnetic concentration is fixed in the sensor back. The use of magnetic concentrators can increase the double of the magnetic induction.

     

    Magnetic induction sensor

    According to the law of electromagnetic induction, magnetic induction sensor (electric) can be designed into two types.

    Constant magnetic type. magnetic circuit system constant magnetic field, the magnetic field in the work of the air gap is fixed, so the air gap flux is constant. The moving part could be a coil or a magnet.

    Variable magnetic type. Coils and magnets are stationary, rotating objects cause magneto resistance, makes magnetic flux changes.

    Constant magnetic flux electromagnetic sensor is usually used to do mechanical vibration measurement, vibration sensor structure generally divided into two kinds.

    1. Steel type (coil and shell fixed)

    2. Dynamic type (permanent magnet and shell fixed)

    The relative velocity between the magnet and the coil is close to the vibration velocity, and the coil in the magnetic field air gap cuts the magnetic field lines, resulting in the induced electromotive force at the proportional vibration velocity.
