                                                                                      Grate Magnets are designed for the removal of ferrous 

                                                                                      and iron/steel substances from free flowing materials 

                                                                                      such as liquid, plastics, foodstuffs, cosmetics, grains and 

                                                                                      Oil minerals etc industrial area.

                                                                                      Grate Magnets consists of several magnetic bars to form 

                                                                                      a customized frames. It uses a strong magnet 

                                                                                      Neodymium Iron Boron magnet to form a unique magnetic circuit, through the     rotation of the handle to produce a strong magnetic force, control the magnetic circuit closed to achieve the work objectives.

    Grate Magnets is placed directly on the product stream, allowing free flowing of products over the magnetic tubes. It is arranged to draw iron particles into the magnetic field and to keep the material in the position when the material flows through the frame ,thus it maintains the safety of the equipment and products. 

    Grate Magnets provides excellent metal contamination protection. When the product flows through the magnetic tube, the captured metal contaminants are pushed to the underside of the tube, where they are now out of contact with the product stream to prevent the product from flowing into the clean material.

    Construction

    ● Strong Sintered Neodymium Iron Boron magnet. Using this type of magnets that will achieve with magnetic 

       field strength at a surface gauss from 3000-12000GS

    ● Sintered Samarium Cobalt magnet. Using this type of magnets that will achieve with magnetic field strength 

       at a surface gauss from2000-8000GS, with high coercive force under high working temperature.

    ● Shape can be squared and round type, or customized.

    ● Stainless steel 304/316 tube with different size and shapes. Tube diameter will be provided at D19 D20 D25 

       D30 D32 etc. They are typically constructed with one inch diameter magnetic tubes mounted on two inch 

       centers in a frame. The length and width can be fabricated to any dimension, even 1000m length.

       Each magnetic bar can be tapped with an thread, M6 M8 M10 M12 per your requirement.  

    ● Two welded tube plugs.

     

     

    Characteristic

    ● The Grate Magnets can be installed easily in fluid flow line.

    ● They give complete magnetic protection by attracting iron particles as fine as 10 microns into the magnetic 

       trap.

    ● The magnets are installed in polished condition for higher life of the rods and easy to clean.

    ● For different flow rates, different sizes of magnetic filters are available.

    ● High Intensity Rear Earth Magnets or Low Intensity Ferrite Magnets are used

       depending upon the users requirements.

    ● Normally these filters are designed to take up pressures 5kg/sq cm. They

       can be designed to withstand higher pressure.

    ● Maximum operating temperature 80ᵒC. They can be designed to work at

       temperatures as high as 200°C

    ● It is continued to re-use, no pollution, water-proof.

                                                                                     Product Description

                                                                                     The magnetic filter is designed to remove micro-grade 

                                                                                     ferrous metals from various types of liquids of different 

                                                                                     viscosities. The filter assembly is based on the flow rate 

                                                                                     design, and the base of the easy-clean bar containing 

                                                                                     high-performance rare earth NdFeB magnets is contained 

                                                                                     in a stainless steel housing. Through its flange or quick 

                                                                                     release jig top into the design, the trap is easy to clean.

    This filter ensures that the contaminants are maximally adsorbed on the high strength magnetic bar without obstructing the flow of the liquid.The filter can be used for any pipeline where the treatment liquid is at all levels of viscosity and can be mounted at any angle perpendicular to the horizontal direction.

     

    A common placement is the tank loading and discharge to check the discharge and feed.Once the machine needs to be cleaned, just release the quick release band clamp, the grate magnets can be pulled out from the top, the ferrous metal will fall off. At this stage, all contaminants that are attracted can be easily removed, allowing for inspection or further analysis.

     

    In addition, EMT also provides bullet-type magnetic filter, the bullet magnet is designed to be installed along the stainless steel pipe. When the dry, free-flowing product flows through the pipe, the contaminants are extracted onto the bullet. These devices effectively remove iron contamination from raw materials from powders or granules, flour, chemicals, plastics, food, pharmaceuticals and mineral materials. It provides magnetic protection for liquid piping and processing equipment. They protect the purity of the product by removing small contaminants so that such separators are ideal for liquid purification.
